QUALITY POLICY AND OBJECTIVES

The following Objectives and Policy are declared:

• Independence, impartiality and integrity are declared corporate values; any new activity initiated will be adequately analyzed to evaluate its possible impact on the independence, impartiality and integrity requirements for each of the accredited inspection fields.
• Confidentiality in all information to which you have access as a result of your activity.
• Approach all activities competently and operate consistently.
  
• Activities are carried out in a way that meets the requirements of ISO 17020 and ISO 17025, regulatory authorities and recognition organizations.
  
• They will constantly understand the needs of their clients and respond to all their dissatisfactions, complaints, claims and appeals.
• Its efficiency will be constantly increased through continuous quality improvement to achieve the best services at the lowest cost.
• Guarantee and protect the health of the people who carry out their activity.
• Commits to maintaining continuous training in the organization.

Management assumes the commitment to quality, and undertakes that the principles and procedures are followed, without restrictions. You are responsible for performing the functions as described in this manual and in the procedures that complement it.

In the annual review of the Quality System by Management, the quality objectives will be established and they will be reviewed, as well as the quality policy.

COMMITMENT BY MANAGEMENT

The Management of the Laboratorio Técnico de Reformas, S.L., aware of the evolution of the environment in which it operates and committed to the needs of its clients, has implemented a Quality Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17020 Standards :2012 and UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005, in order to guarantee a homogeneous and lasting provision of its services and, above all, greater satisfaction of all parties involved in the process.

The permanent search for the characteristics that allow the increase in global satisfaction and its materialization within the established System, define the internal work philosophy, which commits all staff to continuous improvement and optimization of available resources.

Also aware that our main potential resides fundamentally in our staff, the implemented System provides the bases and channels for its complete integration and development with the objectives and goals set by this Department, making the Organization function as a unit under good professional practices and thus favoring the understanding and deployment of its Policies, as support for the best orientation towards excellence.

By publishing this document, the Management of Laboratorio Técnico de Reformas, S.L. communicates to your entire organization the importance of complying with the requirements of the standard, clients, authorities and entities that grant recognition

The Quality System implemented is included in this Quality Manual, as well as in the Procedures and other associated documents that develop it and whose guidelines are mandatory in the Laboratory.
